For website and mobile app projects, the final functionality depends on the approved project scope, technology, integrations, third-party platforms, and technical requirements.

We may develop solutions using technologies and platforms such as:

WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Flutter, React Native, APIs, CRM systems and other appropriate technologies.

Third-party platform limitations, API changes, hosting issues, app-store policies, or external service outages may affect certain functionality.

SEO and digital marketing services involve ongoing work and depend on factors outside our direct control.

These may include:

• Search engine algorithm changes
• Competition
• Website quality
• Industry conditions
• Content quality
• Search demand
• Advertising platform changes
• Third-party policies

We do not guarantee a specific Google ranking, traffic level, number of leads, sales, advertising result, or revenue unless a specific written agreement states otherwise.

For paid advertising services, the advertising budget paid to platforms such as Google or Meta is generally separate from our service or management fees unless otherwise agreed.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that content, images, logos, videos, documents, product information, or other materials they provide to us can legally be used.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, third-party assets, stock images, premium plugins, themes, fonts, software licenses, apps, and external services may be subject to their own license terms.
Ownership of custom project deliverables will depend on the agreed project terms and payment status.
Ishu Technology retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, reusable code, development methods, internal systems, templates, and proprietary materials unless specifically transferred through a written agreement.

Ishu Technology is not responsible for changes, outages, suspensions, pricing changes, API restrictions, or policy decisions made by third-party providers.

The number of revisions and level of support included in a project will depend on the agreed scope.
Clients are expected to provide feedback and approvals within a reasonable timeframe.
After project delivery, additional changes, new features, redesigns, maintenance, troubleshooting, or ongoing support may be treated as separate work unless included in an existing support agreement.
For websites and applications, post-launch support may include technical updates, bug fixes, performance improvements, content changes, or feature development according to the applicable support scope.

Ishu Technology takes reasonable steps to deliver services professionally and according to the agreed project requirements.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of websites, applications, hosting systems, advertising platforms, search engines, APIs, or third-party services.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including third-party outages, platform changes, cyber incidents, hosting failures, algorithm changes, or unauthorized access caused by factors outside our control.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
